[edit] Story

Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong are hanging out at the beach, when they come across some mysterious objects that look like barrels. Afraid that they had something to do with King K. Rool, they bring them to Cranky Kong. Cranky would explain to the two Kongs that these mysterious objects are bongos. Donkey Kong tries to play them and so does Diddy. When Donkey Kong claps, the bongos started to glow and Cranky explained that these bongos had some kind of power inside of them. The Kongs continue to play the bongos, but they play terribly and Cranky advises them to practice. They were against this at first, but soon realized they can become successful by playing the bongos.
