Baron K. Rool(also known as "Baron K. Roolenstein"), is the main boss featured in both Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and Donkey Kong Land III, in which he made his only appearances. He is actually King K.Rool in a mad scientist costume.
Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!
In this installment, King K. Rool is thought to have been overthrown as Kremling leader by a robot creature known as KAOS. Through this new "leader", the Kremlings eventually take control of the Northern Kremisphere and capture the Banana Bird Queen along with her respective offspring, the Banana Birds. Following Dixie Kong's search for Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong, who have disappeared, calls upon the help of her cousin, Kiddy Kong in order to find KAOS's main headquarters known as Kastle KAOS. An obvious battle with this boss then ensues.
After this evil robot's defeat do Dixie and Kiddy discover that KAOS was actually being controlled by King K. Rool, now under the guise of a mad scientist known as Baron K.Roolenstein, and had used used Kaos to continue ruling the Kremling Krew in secret. A battle against this mad scientist is then had, where Baron K. Roolenstein's main resource is his heli-pack, which allows him to fly about the stage and make bolts of charged electricity hit the Kongs through the use of a specialized remote control. Certain pipes adorning the ceiling of this stage need to be knocked down in order to overcome this tricky boss since it spits out a barrel which can be thrown at him in order to inflict appropriate damage. After the right amount of hits, Baron K. Roolenstein will be defeated.
