Koshas are small, single enemies found in Donkey Kong 64 on the Nintendo 64. They are a small breed of Kremling who prefer wearing spiked viking helmets on their heads and carrying spiked clubs which are easily two times the size of their bodies. They are very similar to the Kutlass enemy seen in Donkey Kong Country 2, as their main weakness stems from the oversized weapon in which they choose to use which not only slows them down, but it also delays their attack by a great amount. With these facts laid out, a Kong literally has to be standing perfectly still in order for a Kosha to get a successfully-landed hit.
 Donkey Kong 64
Koshas only appear in the Gloomy Galleon, Fungi Forest, Crystal Caves and Creepy Castle levels of this Nintendo 64 installment, showing off the exact same appearance with the exact same stats and abilities for both. In the Fungi Forest level, Koshas only appear during the nighttime, replacing the Shroom Kritters who appear in the daytime. In the Creepy Castle level, Koshas randomly appear in singles or pairs in certain indoor sections of the castle. In either venue, these enemies are honestly no big threat if a threat at all, given how easily they can be avoided.
